The device which could convert reversibly from linear to circular polarization was invented in application of X-ray to biopsy and genetic analyses. By the invention handy and compact apparatus for the analyses is enabled , in contrast with conventional one is still on large-scale. Also the optoelectronic microscope using a Circular Dichroism and high-density magnetic memory device can be constructed by the technology.
